RustaLogistik: Peaceful Roads - Roads of Victory

On April 20, a meeting of the RUSTA Group of Companies (GC RUSTA) was held at the Victory Museum – the G.O.R.A. Museum (the Main Weapons Relics of the Army), located on Poklonnaya Gora, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the formation of RustaLogistik LLC and timed to the Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War.
Under the motto "RustaLogistik: Peaceful Roads – Victory Roads", RUSTA Group held a social action to plant a Cherry Alley of fifteen Japanese sakura varieties "Naden" on the territory of the Park, laid in November 2022. With the onset of a favorable season for these trees, they will bloom. The planting of the Alley has become a vivid example of social partnership and cooperation between RustaLogistik LLC, the Museum of G.O.R.A and the Territorial Union of Employers of the Moscow City in Western Administrative District within the framework of the Moscow Trilateral Agreement.

Together with the company's employees, the heads of the "Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers)" in Western Administrative District Moscow", the chairman of the District Council of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions in Western Administrative District Natalia Kondrushina, the head of the Dorogomilovo district Council of Moscow Olga Gorbunova participated in the planting of Cherry Alley.

The official part of the event was opened by the General Director of RustaLogistik LLC Kuzina Ekaterina Alexandrovna, who noted the importance of holding socially significant events that are peaceful, creative in nature, symbolize the continuity of generations.
Oksana Teplova, a document management specialist, Rustem Mustafin, the head of the IT Department, Antonina Dorofeeva, the head of the HR Department, told about their work and the tasks being solved.

The activity of RustaLogistik company were marked with an Honorary Badge of the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers), which was presented by Svetlana Litvinenko, Head of the Department of Social Partnership of the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers). Natalia Kondrushina presented a letter of thanks to the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions (Chairman Mikhail Antontsev).
Veterans of the company were invited to the meeting and were presented with memorable gifts. Congratulations to all those present sounded the song of the front-line driver " Эх, путь - дорожка фронтовая " (music by B. Mokrousov, words by B. Laskin and N. Labkovsky) performed by Sofia Trofimova.

Andrey Baturin, director of the branch of the Victory Museum – the G.O.R.A. Museum, noted that RustaLogistik LLC was the first company that responded to the offer to take patronage of one of the exhibits. This exhibit was the legendary truck GAZ-AA - a real toiler of the Great Patriotic War.
In his closing speech, the head of the RUSTA Group of Companies, Sergey Burago, noted that the meetings held contribute to a clearer interaction between departments, improving corporate culture and, as a result, the efficiency of the company's core business.
